Meet the KMC Property Maintenance Team

At the heart of KMC is a team of experienced and passionate individuals who bring creativity, expertise, and a love for nature to every project. Our diverse team collaborates seamlessly to deliver top-notch maintenance solutions tailored to your commercial or residential property.

Kevin Conrad

Owner

Kevin started mowing and landscaping for some of his family’s residential and commercial owned properties in Delaware County. As his passion grew for helping maintain these properties, he decided it was time to start his own business.

KMC Property Maintenance LLC was formed in 2014 and today, Kevin has humbly expanded to a team of 40 qualified employees specializing in property maintenance including landscaping, snow removal, design and installations, mitigation, demo projects, and hardscaping.

Kevin remains incredibly involved with the local communities in Delaware County, especially Garnet Valley High School where he has coached the freshman football team for the last 14 years. He continues to donate to the GV football fundraising programs as well as other school initiatives.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys relaxing with his family – his wife Gianna, and his two sons Giovanni and Michael – as well as attending Philadelphia sports games (Go Birds) and golfing with friends.

Paul Skulski

Account Management & Sales Manager

Paul joined the KMC team in 2017 when he decided to ditch the “traditional” 9-to-5 work schedule. A 2011 graduate from Cabrini University with a degree in business and marketing, Paul proved to be a quick study – with commercial sales being his primary focus.

Since joining the team, Paul has been the focal point of KMC’s growth and works closely with all of our customers to ensure contracts and expectations are met. Client retention is of the upmost importance!

Outside of work, Paul enjoys relaxing with his family, his wife Lauren, son Jack, and dog Cooper – as well as spending time on the golf course.

Dan Sook

Project Manager

As Project Manager for KMC, Dan offers 30 years of experience and a proven record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. With a degree from Williamson College, Dan’s knowledge and expertise covers all corners of the industry.

Design/Build, Construction, Landscape, Hardscape, Fine Plant and Tree Care, Agronomics, Lighting, Drainage, Irrigation, and Property Maintenance. His dedication to continuous improvement and strong communication skills have consistently ensured client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Lina, and his two dogs Chili, and Peanut. Dan also enjoys the outdoors, where he likes to surf, fish, and go on hikes.

Matt

Construction Team Foreman

Matt joined the KMC team in 2018 as a landscape crew leader with 5+ years of experience.  As we grew and took on larger construction jobs Matt seamlessly transitioned into leading this effort.

It was apparent from the beginning this is what he loved and where he needed to be!.  The main focus of him and his team is to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.

In Matt’s free time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family (wife Leah, son Elliott and another on the way). He also loves watching & supporting any of his Philadelphia sports teams.

Pedro

Hardscaping Foreman

Pedro came to KMC in 2016 and was eager to learn.  Very quickly he proved he was ready for a leadership role and took over a Grass Maintenance Crew.  In 2022 He stepped into head manning  the hardscaping crew and has been at the helm ever since.

Javonni

Landscaping Foreman

Javoni has 10 years of landscaping experience and oversees our landscape crew.  He is a jack of all trades and handles all jobs no matter the size.  When not at work Javoni follows his passion and travels with his band to play gigs on the weekends.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Estabon started with KMC three seasons ago but came on board with 9 years of experience under his belt.  He runs the Landscape maintenance crew and his number one priority is in the detail.  He works with his team to ensure all our commercial properties are looking their best.

Grass Maintenance Foreman

Luis has been with KMC since its inception in 2014!  Over his tenure, Luis has learned a lot which has helped him grow as an employee and crew leader.  He now runs a grass cutting crew and handles our commercial accounts.

Grass Maintenance Foreman

G has 15 years of landscaping experience  he brings to KMC! This experience and knowledge makes him a perfect fit for managing a crew.  He oversees one of our grass cutting crews that handles our commercial and residential accounts.

Grass Maintenance Foreman

Salvador started with KMC in 2019 however had 5 years of landscaping experience he brought with him.  He oversees one of our grass cutting crews who focuses on our commercial accounts.
